FIPS-Mouche complies with the requirements established in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Protection of Personal Data and other European directives, especially REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and by which Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation, RGPD) is repealed and for this purpose has created the following Legal Notice.
FIPS-Mouche informs you that the use of the portal, including mere access, attributes the condition of User. In this sense, the User undertakes to use the portal in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, regulations and instructions made known to him, as well as morality, generally accepted good customs and public order. The User is prohibited from any act of reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, forwarding or use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of the Contents, except in cases where is legally permitted or authorized in writing by the owner of the corresponding rights.
FIPS-MOUCHE will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of the Contents by users or from their infringement of any current legal provision.

CONTENT
FIPS-MOUCHE reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services it provides and the way in which they are presented or located.
The User of the portal undertakes to make correct use of the Portal and its Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, and not to use them to engage in illicit activities or contrary to good faith and the legal system, and not to cause damage in the physical and logical systems of FIPS-MOUCHE, its suppliers or third parties.

FIPS-MOUCHE excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of these viruses or harmful elements in the Contents.
3.- USE BY THE USER
FIPS-MOUCHE does not control the use that users make of the Portal, the Services and/or the Contents, for which it does not guarantee that their use is made in accordance with the law and these general conditions. FIPS-MOUCHE excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the use of the Portal, the Services and the Contents by users.
DATA PROTECTION
FIPS-MOUCHE undertakes to adopt a confidentiality and Data Protection policy, in order to protect the privacy of personal information obtained through its Portal and in accordance with the provisions of current regulations regarding the Protection of Personal data.
However, FIPS-MOUCHE reserves the right to modify the Confidentiality and Data Protection Rules that are detailed below in order to adapt them to new legislation, jurisprudence, techniques or all those that allow it to offer better services and content, with which You are advised to review these standards periodically. In such cases, FIPS-MOUCHE will announce the changes introduced on this page reasonably in advance of their implementation.
All personal information that the user freely and voluntarily registers in the FIPS-MOUCHE network is under the Confidentiality and Data Protection regulations, as well as that which must be registered for registration or corresponding consultation.

This entity will treat the data confidentially and will cancel, erase and/or block the data when it is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for its purpose, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation.
All information provided by the User through the Portal must be true. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all the data communicated and will keep the information provided to FIPS-MOUCHE perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and the damage caused to FIPS-MOUCHE or third parties by the information provided.
FIPS-MOUCHE undertakes to comply with its obligation to secrecy of personal data and its duty to store them in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD. In this sense, FIPS-MOUCHE has adopted the technical and organizational measures to achieve the security levels of protection of Personal Data legally required, all in order to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Data. This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its extremes by Belgian Law, the parties expressly renouncing the jurisdiction that corresponds to them, and submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Oviedo.
